Valentines Day Makeup

Why hello February, the month of love. All things pink, red and white, hearts and polka dots, and everything possible in the form of a bouquet. For those who love Valentines day and need a makeup look, that is what I am doing today. And for those of you who couldn’t care less, here is a pink themed makeup look, enjoy : )

In the Winter time I absolutely love wearing pink eyeshadow and lipstick, it makes your face look glowy, healthy and fresh. So today I have chosen my favourite pinks to create this makeup look!

It is a perfect travel size, and contains the most gorgeous contour and blush, with a subtle highlight. I find this palette perfect for creating a flawless base, making it perfect for Valentines!

Urban Decay Naked 3 palette

This palette contains the perfect pink and rose gold eyeshadow shades. The Urban Decay palettes are by far my favourite as their shadows blend so easily, and look absolutely gorgeous on the eyelid. For this look Im using the shade Limit for all over the lid, and Burnout for the crease. Then I am using Dust for the inner corner of my eye, to make the look pop.

M.A.C Velvetise lip pencil in Love Lane

I thought the perfect lip colour for a Valentines makeup look is a red! Im using the M.A.C Velvetise lip pencil in Love Lane which is a gorgeous light red shade. Alternatively a dark pink would also be gorgeous with this makeup! I personally love this lip pencil because it has such a precise application and the colour is so bold.
