By purchasing from my shop you are entering into a legally binding contract and are accepting the terms and conditions as outlined below:

Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. You have the right to a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Returns will be accepted in line with UK laws and regulations, up to 14 days after delivery. To return an item you must send an email to zoewarebusiness@gmail.com to receive the returns information. You will then need to post the item back to me within 14 days of receiving it, at your own expense using tracked delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, as long as the item/s returned meets the following conditions:
  • The item is returned in immaculate condition and is fit for resale. This means the item must not have; damage, rips, tears or stains.
  • The Item is returned with its original packaging.

Note – Custom items are excluded from returns. Banking transaction fees may incur.

Shipping

My shop is based in the UK, which means standard shipping is not tracked. This also means I am not responsible after your order has been shipped. Orders take between 1 day to 3 weeks depending where I am shipping to. *Bear in mind this may change due to the current Coronavirus postal delays.

1st Class Tracked shipping is tracked, and a tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped. This option will also generally get to you quicker (though not guaranteed), and gives the security of knowing where your order is. If your order is then damaged or lost, a higher refund will be available.

Lost & Damaged Orders

We are a small business so orders aren’t guaranteed next day and can take up to a few weeks depending upon orders. If however your order was shipped more than 8 weeks ago and has not arrived, let me know via email ( zoewarebusiness@gmail.com ) so we can open a lost order case and issue you a refund.

If your order is damaged upon arrival please let me know so we can sort out a solution for you.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order until your order is shipped. Once its been shipped you will need to wait until you receive the item, and let me know within 14 days that you’d like a refund as explained above.

Other Policies

  • The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that may incur upon the item(s)’s arrival into their country.
  • Each item is handmade and should be treated with care. Embroidered clothing comes with care instructions which are as follows:

Hand wash and air dry ONLY. These pieces are hand embroidered and should be treated with care. Do not tug at/pull/rub the stitches as this can cause damage and disfiguration.
