The Perfect Pink Lip

I don’t know about you, but I own WAY too many pink lipsticks. I own every shade of pink imaginable from matte to glossy, expensive and cheap. So I figured today I would go through my all time favourite pink lippies to help you girlies out and achieve the perfect pink Spring lip!

Im going to go through my favourite 3 lipsticks all from different brands and price ranges. I love all three of these brands for lip products, and I honestly believe they have got their formulas down to a T!

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Istanbul

I have raved about the NYX soft matte lip creams for years, and they are my all time favourite! I own more of these lipsticks than I do from any other brand! This shade is a light and soft pink perfect for adding some colour to the lips, and these lip creams are designed to look seriously natural (depending on the shade! Haha!). These lippies are also extremely affordable and retail for £6. The only negative I have to say is that the bottles are too small and run out rather quickly!

Colourpop Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick in Chandelier

I did a post all about Colourpop here. But their liquid lipsticks are my ALL TIME FAVOURITE. They are the absolute best, the application is extremely precise, and the colour literally lasts all day on your lips. This colour is a light pink, kind of like a ‘your lips but better’. The only downside is that they are rather drying, so perhaps not the best for chapped lips! These retail for £6.50 which is just 50p more than NYX, so they are still super affordable, and 100% worth the price.

M.A.C Matte Lipstick in Please Me

I own so many M.A.C lipsticks because they’re in my opinion some of the best, and last so incredibly long! This is a rosey pink somewhere between Istanbul and Chandelier. For a matte lipstick this one isn’t as drying, especially compared to the Colourpop liquid lipsticks (although this isn’t a liquid lipstick). This is obviously the more expensive lipstick retailing for £17.50 which is more than double either of the other lipsticks. Personally I still think this one is worth it, but then again I like some luxury every now and again!
